Zillow

At Zillow I served as Senior UX Researcher for BuyAbility, a mortgage calculator that shows users what they can afford, then helps them shop on Zillow by offering customized insights and strategy suggestions on the Zillow platform. My research focused home shopping, first time home buyers, and financial experiences.

Meta

At Meta (Reality Labs) I served as Senior UX Research for Avatar Store. Meta Avatars enable billions of people around the world to create, share, and embody a one-of-a-kind representation of themselves. My research focused on shopping, game economies, representation, embodiment, and future strategy. 

Utopia

As a personal project, I’ve created a 2-hour reoccurring community workshop where people can come together to imagine utopias. In the workshop we apply foresight strategies to imagine possible futures. Then, we apply systems design frameworks to identify essential attributes that we can ground into present time.
